What do I do if I try to log in and I find that my account has been disabled
- First of all, DON'T panic. It could be a simple error such as your VIP running out and you being banned for low ratio or for other simple reasons (I can't disclose everything that will get you banned as i'm sure you understand)
- On the main page of the site you will find a contact us link and write to us
- Once that's done and you have asked your question, WAIT until someone responds to you. Do NOT just type again and again, a staff member will get to you when they can as it can be very busy at times.
We don't take having to ban a user very lightly. This is always a last resort. If a moderator decides to un-ban your account then bear in mind that you will need to re-download any .torrent files and re-add them to your torrent client again. The reason for doing so is because our system resets your passkey as soon as your account has been banned. Removing and re-adding the .torrent files to your torrent client will allow you to continue seeding as you were previously (If of course you were seeding before being banned)
If however you find that your account can't be unbanned, Do NOT ask any of our users for an invite back to the site. Asking for invites is something staff deal with daily and it's not tolerated AT ALL. If you PM (Private message) a user asking for an invite, they will tell us and you will be banned from ever using site again.
